WOMEN, INFANTS AND CHILDREN PROGRAM

	WIC promotes better nutrition for Mothers, Babies, and Young Children.
	WIC is a nutrition and health program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture.
	WIC buys food for Women, Infants, and Children less than 5 years old.
	WIC teaches mothers about breastfeeding and offers support and encouragement
	WIC does not replace your doctor or clinic. The WIC dietitian or nurse helps you determine when it is important to go to your doctor.
	WIC offers information about eating right. They will have helpful hints for you when you pick up coupons.
	If you have special needs due to a medical problem, we will work with your doctor to help you.
	WIC Internet Nutrition Education - For parents of children ages 1-5 years, breastfeeding moms, and moms who have just had a baby. http://www.wichealth.org/
