1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Second and Fourth Thursday
4:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Mornings
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Bring child and his/her shot record and payment.  Cash, check or medical card is accepted.
