Manufactured Home Parks

Regulations:  Ohio Administrative Code, Chapter 3701.27

bulletA Manufactured Home Park is any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured homes, used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park.
bulletA Manufactured Home Park does not include any tract of land used solely for the storage or display for sale of manufactured homes.
bulletManufactured Home Park Licenses are renewed every year and are in effect from January 1 to January 1.

bulletThe Manufactured Home Park License fee is based on the number of lots in the park and charged in accordance with the following categories:
bulletMHP with fifty or fewer lots.
bulletMHP with more than fifty lots.  Parks with more than fifty lots will be charged the fee determined plus an additional amount for each individual lot in excess of fifty.
