Manufactured Home Parks
Regulations:
Ohio Administrative
Code, Chapter 3701.27
 | A Manufactured Home Park is any tract of land upon
which three or more manufactured homes, used for habitation are parked,
either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway,
building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a
part of the facilities of the park.

 | A Manufactured Home Park does not include any
tract of land used solely for the storage or display for sale of
manufactured homes.

 | Manufactured Home Park Licenses are renewed every
year and are in effect from January 1 to January 1.

inquire about obtaining or renewing a MHP License and applicable fees,

 | The Manufactured Home Park License fee is based on
the number of lots in the park and charged in accordance with the following categories:
 | MHP with fifty or fewer lots. |
 | MHP with more than fifty lots. Parks with
more than fifty lots will be charged the fee determined plus an
additional amount for each individual lot in excess of fifty. |
